Design for the whole rack.

A caster’s dimensions must work with its mounting location and the surrounding frame.

All four casters must turn fully while staying inside the rack envelope.

10° - Minimum entry angle

§6.6.2 · Required*

Ramp approach clearance applies with either the front or rear leading.

15° - Minimum exit angle

Ramp departure clearance applies in both travel orientations.

Feet must lift casters at least 15 mm clear of the floor. Additional requirements address loading, operation, and serviceability.
