Heavy-Duty Polyurethane On Cast Iron Wheel

CC Dynamo™ 95A is engineered to keep heavy loads moving reliably and under control. With a 95 Shore A durometer polyurethane tread bonded to a durable cast iron core, it provides the strength needed for powered towing while allowing slight compression to reduce vibration and shock. Its hardness supports long wear life and load capacity and is best suited for steady, guided movement.

Designed for indoor and light outdoor use, CC Dynamo™ 95A is ideal for demanding AGV and AMR transport and controlled towing applications where dependable performance matters as much as load capacity.

Quiet Control and Confident Carrying

CC Dynamo™ 95A uses a 95 Shore A polyurethane tread that is firm enough for heavy-duty towing yet slightly softer than the 70 Shore D version, allowing a small amount of compression. This subtle give helps dampen vibration and reduce harsh impact while maintaining the strength and stability needed for automated vehicles and tugger systems. The tread protects sealed or coated floors from damage while supporting demanding powered transport. CC Dynamo™ 95A delivers the right balance of load capacity, controlled movement, and ride quality for applications where durability and consistency are critical.

Built for Demanding Powered Transport

Available in 6”, 8”, 10”, and 12” diameters with a 3” width, CC Dynamo™ 95A is built for the weight and stress of powered towing, AGVs, AMRs, and more.

Each wheel size is rated for the following maximum loads:

6” x 3”: 2,500 lbs
8” x 3”: 3,600 lbs
10” x 3”: 5,000 lbs
12” x 3”: 7,000 lbs

These options give engineers and operations teams the flexibility to match wheel size and capacity to their specific equipment and transport systems. CC Dynamo™ 95A pairs seamlessly with premium rig options such as the CC Brawn™ kingpinless rig and the CC Forge™ forged kingpin rig, while the 6” size uses the CC Armor™ rig to maintain proper clearance and strength. Directional locks, floor locks, and face contact brakes are fully compatible for added control in automated and tugger-driven systems.

A heavy-duty forged kingpin rig available in both rigid and swivel versions, CC Forge™ is engineered for precision, serviceability, and extreme load support. Its forged steel construction resists bending and deformation while allowing the kingpin to be tightened or serviced, making it a dependable choice for controlled yet highly demanding applications.

CC Armor™ (6″ only)

The 6″ CC Dynamo™ 95A uses the CC Armor™ rig because the larger Brawn™ and Forge™ rigs are designed for bigger wheels and can create clearance or height issues on smaller equipment. CC Armor™ provides the proper fit and strength needed for powered towing with 6″ wheels while maintaining the correct overall mounting height.
