What Are CC Axis Rigs?

CC Axis rigs are our line of maintenance-free medium duty and heavy duty dual raceway maintenance-free swivel rigs. CC Axis is constructed from 5/16" heavy duty steel and combines a precision thrust bearing with a tapered bearing, which helps to evenly distribute loads and reduce push/pull forces. On top of that, CC Axis swivel rigs are maintenance-free, which means they are self-lubricated do not need to be oiled or greased.

Types of CC Axis Rig and Caster Configurations

We offer a wide range of CC Axis rig and caster configurations that correct almost any mobility issue, whether it's excessive noise or debris retention. Types of CC Axis rig and caster configurations we offer include CC Axis Dual-Swivel Maintenance-Free CC Stout HD Casters, CC Axis Dual-Swivel Maintenance-Free CC Apex ESD Casters, CC Axis Rigid CC Stark Casters, CC Axis Dual-Swivel Maintenance-Free CC Apex Casters, and more.

What Are Some Applications for CC Axis Rigs?

CC Axis rigs are suited for almost any industrial, commercial, institutional, or residential application.

  • CC Axis rigs are used in material handling and warehousing carts and AGVs to transport raw materials and packaged goods around material handling facilities, warehouses, and distribution centers. CC Axis rigs offer excellent ergonomic capability, which lowers required push/pull effort from cart handlers and increases safety measures.
  • CC Axis rigs are used on production lines and assembly lines in manufacturing plants. They are a great rig for towlines, utility carts, dollies, maintenance trolleys, flatbed carts, trailers, pallet trucks, and more.
  • CC Axis rigs are used in hospitality applications like hotels and restaurants. Install them on service carts, janitorial carts, kitchen racks, and more.
  • CC Axis rigs are an awesome rig choice for metal fabrication and woodworking, especially when paired with CC Apex casters. Thanks to their low debris retention, CC Apex casters repel metal shavings, wood chips, and other debris, which can hinder the performance of commodity casters.

Benefits of CC Axis Rigs

Our CC Axis rigs are designed to deliver exceptional ergonomic performance, durability, load bearing capacity, and versatility. Here are some reasons to go with CC Axis rigs, instead of commodity casters for your industrial, commercial, institutional, and residential applications.

  • Superb Ergonomic Performance: CC Axis rigs offer unparalleled ergonomic performance. CC Axis rigs and casters boast amazing load distribution, which reduces the amount of physical effort required for employees to push carts fitted with them.
  • Smooth and Silent Operation: Minimize friction and reduce noise with CC Axis rigs with precision ball bearings. The shock-absorbing design ensures a quiet and efficient work environment, allowing you to limit distractions.
  • Low Debris Retention: Many of our casters are non-marking, which means they do not leave scuffs on floors. This reduces the need for frequent floor maintenance and repairs, which saves you money in the long run. Additionally, our casters are designed to repel debris, like metal shavings and wood chips. This is important for the longevity of a caster’s ergonomic performance. As debris builds up, eventually a caster’s rolling resistance will increase, making the cart or object harder to push.
  • Easy Installation: Designed for easy installation, CC Axis rigs can fit a variety of caster sizes and come with standard plate mounts.

At Caster Connection, we are committed to providing top-quality mobility solutions that enhance the efficiency and safety of your operations. Designed and manufactured to the highest standards, CC Peak rigs ensure reliable performance and exceptional value.
