CC Forge™ is a heavy-duty forged kingpin rig built for the toughest industrial demands. Each rig is rated for 10,000 pounds and features a 3″ wide fork to support today’s heaviest towing and automated material handling systems. The inner raceway is forged together with the top plate into a single solid steel structure, eliminating weak seams and bolted joints where the load is carried and swivel forces are concentrated. This construction delivers exceptional impact toughness, strength, and long-term durability under punishing cycles and extreme weight.

CC Forge™ is compatible with directional locks, floor locks, and face contact brakes, giving operations more control in powered and tugger-driven systems. Its forged design provides greater structural strength than kingpinless rigs, making it the preferred choice when weight, impact, and uptime are critical factors.

A 70 Shore D polyurethane on cast iron wheel for slow-speed towing and tugging when maximum hardness and extreme strength are required. Designed for power-intensive environments that demand structural stability and long-term support.

CC Juggernaut™

A solid cast nylon wheel built for extreme weight support in applications where equipment may remain stationary for long periods but must move reliably when needed. Its hard tread resists flat spotting and provides long-term stability, making it the perfect choice for load banks and other heavy equipment that is moved infrequently. Its resistance to moisture and cleaning chemicals also makes it well suited for demanding environments such as food and beverage production.
