Performance based design backed by our 30 plus years of serving our clients to get the exact casters for their projects. The CC Vintage line of casters represents
more than “vintage” casters. These casters
complement a diverse range of furniture
and fixtures in many different styles, such
as classic vintage, steam punk, and modern
industrial. Because of the wide variety
of styles and options available, you can
be confident that you’ll find the perfect
caster for your DIY project or your store or
business layout.
A main advantage that CC Vintage casters provide you is mobility. Imagine being able to move any piece of furniture with ease because it is outfitted with smooth-rolling wheels. When we say “smooth-rolling wheels,” we really mean it.
In fact, we have been in the industrial caster industry for over 30 years. We provide some of the world’s leading industrial manufacturers with high-performing casters. We are first and foremost a caster company of performance.
Because of this, you can feel confident that your CC Vintage casters will perform better than any “aesthetic” casters on the market.
At the same time, your furniture or floor piece will remain firmly in place, particularly when you attach brakes. The wheels, with or without brakes, will be a beautiful aesthetic addition to your project and will differentiate you from other brands or DIYers who have less attention to detail and performance.
30 years working with industrial casters helped us design the CC Vintage caster.

Choose from a variety of different design options.
Get your choice of swivel or rigid casters. This allows you to mix the mobility with stability.
Protect your floors with the proper tread type, polyurethane. Cast iron is more traditional.
Brakes come standard on many CC Vintage caster designs.
Our five-spoked cast-iron wheels come standard in black. The wheels are extremely sturdy and have weight capacities of 260 to 1,200 lbs. per wheel. Because the wheel is composed of cast iron, you should use extreme caution if you use these casters on tile floors or any more fragile surface in general.
The five-spoked polyurethane-tread wheel was created as an alternative to the cast-iron wheel. These wheels carry up to around 300 lbs. per wheel and are very sturdy. The major advantage of these wheels is that they roll easily and safely on hardwood or tile floors. They are nonmarking and, therefore, perfect for indoor use.
1) Rigid rigs/forks are available in three different styles but only 1 mounting type (top plate):
the 1-1/4” and 2”-wide rigs (4”-diameter wheel and up)
the 1-1/4”-wide rig (5”-diameter wheel and smaller)
the 2”-wide rig (4”-diameter wheel and up)
2) Swivel rigs/forks are available in 1-1/4” and 2”-wide rigs. The 2”-wide version is only available with a top plate. The 1-1/4” option is available with top plates, threaded stems, expanding adapters, and grip-ring stems.
Top plate is the classic mounting type, requiring a 5/16” or 3/8” bolt to attach it. It is the most secure and reliable mounting type if you have the appropriate room.

Because of our 30 plus years of experience with casters that perform at the highest level under the harshest conditions, we wanted our aesthetic casters to still have great performance capabilities. Because of this, any of your furniture or floor sets become, not only stunning aesthetically, but also extremely mobile. Our CC Vintage industrial casters offer you a numberof benefits, including:
• The ability to conveniently move furniture around while cleaning or while resetting floor sets.
• The option to rearrange heavier furniture or racking without taking it apart (or having to ask three friends or fellow employees to help out!).

In the past decade, many brick-and-mortar companies have struggled to grow. Studies have shown that when you update your store layout with fresh design features, you improve sales with both new and established clientele. Stylish new casters are a great way to slowly but steadily modify your brand’s design while also enabling you to move and alter floor sets easily. With new casters you can:
• Continually update your brand’s design, starting with casters chic enough to be used in Hollywood movies and in the offices of Silicon Valley’s most popular tech companies
• Easily update your store layouts because of the increased mobility provided by high-performing CC Vintage casters
Threaded stems have a distinct width, thread count and length, ranging from 3/8” to 3/4” wide. This is the most common type of stem caster.
Expanding adapters fit into a variety of inner diameter round or square tubes depending on adapter kit and size of tube. This attachment type is great for hollow legs and tubes.
Grip ring stems have a small friction ring that keeps the stem in the round hole within the cart. Grip ring stem casters are commonly found on mop bucket casters, office chair casters.
The most popular options in the CC Vintage line are the cast iron and the polyurethane tread vintage casters. Both of these antique-style casters look very similar at first glance. The differences between the two casters are major.
The cast iron CC Vintage wheel option is the classic, iconic choice that will complete any piece of rustic furniture. Cast iron caster wheels work well on solid ground like concrete or blacktop. They’re rugged enough to wheel outside to a barbeque or to hold up the tool bench in the garage.
We designed the polyurethane on iron CC Vintage wheel for a better indoor alternative to the traditional cast iron. The dark polyurethane tread on a cast iron core keeps the rustic vintage look without tearing up wooden floors. The poly will not mark up any floors and is gentle enough to roll on floor tiles, carpet, and wood. It’s the perfect indoor vintage caster.
When considering the choice between the cast iron or polyurethane on cast iron CC Vintage wheels, you must consider:
- The weight of the application
- Environment
- Range of mobility
CC Vintage caster wheels are great for stationary applications. We do not recommend using the cast iron wheels on wood or vinyl floors. The polyurethane on cast iron wheels are great for applications that need floor protection.
