This is a 6" x 3" phenolic caster wheel paired with Caster Connection's CC Crest rigid caster rig.
While it comes in both rigid and swivel versions, the swivel is what separates caster rigs from one another. Swivel casters can of course swivel 360 degrees, while rigids always remain in the same position.
