The 10" x 3" CC Nylex wheel and CC Alpha kingpinless swivel caster rig is a great choice for easily moving and carrying very heavy weight loads. This particular caster combines the CC Nylex wheel with Caster Connection's zinc-coated CC Alpha kingpinless-swivel rig. This rig lugs substantial weight loads, performs superbly in Towlines and offers great durability because of its lack of a kingpin.
Kingpinless caster rigs are different from standard kingpin caster rigs in that the swivel section is held together without a rivet or nut and bolt kingpin. Kingpinless caster rigs are held together by a single row of ball bearings that are contained by a full contact interlocking swivel raceway design. Kingpinless casters are ideal for towing, conveyor, maintenance/utility carts, Towlines, drag lines and more robust applications seen in industrial environments.
