SEAMLESS CASTER REPLACEMENT

At Caster Connection, we’re realists. We understand the high-paced environment that you work in. If you understand how CC Apex HD can totally transform your production line, we want the transition to be seamless. What are your options?

These methods should help you transition over to CC Apex HD and reduce or eliminate downtime from switching casters.

  • Replace every caster in your facility with CC Apex casters. This is normally not feasible or, at times, even advisable, since other applications may require different casters.
  • Make one large purchase and gradually replace your old casters. You can even have carts with different casters on. Once a caster wears out, replace it with a CC Apex.
  • Make multiple small orders over time and gradually replace individual carts or towline sections.
