Toe guards for casters help protect feet and ankles from contact with rolling caster wheels, helping create a physical barrier between the caster and nearby personnel.
CAN I BUY CASTERS WITH A TOE GUARD INCLUDED?
Yes, Caster Connection specifically offers a toe guard option for select 6" and 8" wheel diameter Caster Connection CC casters.
Its highly visible design surrounds the lower portion of the wheel, helping create a physical barrier between the caster and nearby personnel. Besides providing effective protection against bodily harm, the CC Toe Guard is made of 3/16” steel. This gives you long-lasting protection so that your toe guards last as long as your casters.
This toe guard is designed exclusively for compatible 6" and 8" wheel diameter Caster Connection CC-branded casters. It is not a universal accessory and is not compatible with casters from other manufacturers.
TOE GUARDS FOR CASTERS: EASY TO INSTALL IN THE FIELD
What happens if you have hundreds if not thousands of casters that do not have toe guards? Well, that’s why we have designed the CC Toe Guard to be field-installable on CC forks. In other words, you can easily attach a CC Toe Guard to your old CC casters without having to buy completely new caster rigs/casters. This saves you time and money before you even take advantage of the regular benefits that you will get from toe guards in general.
BRUSH GUARDS FOR CASTERS
You can also add a CC Brush Guard to a CC Toe Guard. This keeps out even more debris, compounding the advantages you get with the toe guard in general. This device is particularly good for harder wheel materials, like nylon, which aren’t as good at repelling debris like polyurethane wheels.
