Caster Connection Founder Sally Hughes found that many caster users needed casters but weren’t sure where to go or were neglected by those that they purchased casters and wheels from. These discoveries showed Sally that there was a niche to be filled in the industry: providing clients with solutions by suggesting them the right product the first time, and doing it with professionalism. Gradually, Sally experienced successes which inspired her to keep going with her business, as she developed her founding principle that “Our Company will work to constantly seek ways to increase the value our clients receive for their investments in casters and wheels and provide solutions that make them successful.”
