CC Vintage: Safe Enough For Wood Floors
A furniture maker was tasked with finding an aesthetically pleasing, vintage looking caster for a large, special project. They were having problems finding the right wheel that would be safe for delicate wood flooring.
After being contacted, a Caster Connection Regional Solutions Manager familiar with requests of this nature recommended a caster from the CC Vintage line. Specifically, a 4” cast iron spoked wheel with a non-marking polyurethane tread. The CCVINTAGEPW (PW – polyurethane wrapped) casters were designed with a rustic look, and a polyurethane tread that is safe for different types of delicate floors.
After receiving a sample and testing it out, the furniture manufacturer decided to move forward with using them on more than 40 tables being built.
