How long have you been with Caster Connection?
Dave Bausch: Approximately 15 and ½ years.
What do you enjoy most about Caster Connection?
DB: Probably the team that we have. Everyone is very, very positive. We are like one big family. I enjoy my job immensely.

What kind of problems do you have to solve as a Regional Solutions Manager?
DB: Providing clients with appropriate caster solutions for their applications. We usually find that the proper caster isn’t being used or clients are simply not aware of the new innovative products available to them now.
How do you evaluate a clients'/prospects' needs?
DB: It all starts with dialogue to gain a deep understanding of the issues they are currently experiencing.
What’s your philosophy on serving clients'/prospects'?
DB: Clients are number one. As told by the great Gandhi, “He is not an outsider on our business. He is a part of it.”
Which item from Caster Connection’s product line is your favorite and why?
DB: The very first thing that comes to my mind is the CC Apex paired with our CC Alpha kingpinless extended rigs. I choose this product because of the awesome lowered push/pull efforts it provides. The CC Apex is great in many, many applications and environments, without question.
What do you consider the most crucial part of your job?
DB: Product knowledge is the most crucial thing, coupled with providing the best customer service to our clients.
Why should people trust you for their caster and wheel needs?
DB: I believe that my superior product and industry knowledge is key in showing why someone can place their trust in me. I work to give clients more value than they expect and put their needs ahead of anything else.
