About Us

Joe has been part of the Caster Connection team since 2008. Joe started with the company in an outside sales role developing new opportunities and maintaining existing accounts. Joe’s role has transitioned into managing the outside sales team as well as contributing to the overall strategy of Caster Connection. Working out of the Columbus Headquarters for a majority of the time, Joe also travels with the outside team and individually to meet with clients and see applications where Caster Connection products can provide solutions.

Joe and his wife Lindsay have three children. Outside of the caster world, Joe enjoys playing golf, cooking and spending time with his family.

Tricia joined the Caster Connection team in February of 2020 as Chief Financial Officer. She is responsible for Caster Connection’s financial management including forecasting and strategic planning. Tricia has over 10 years’ experience as CFO of an IT consulting firm. Tricia’s goal is to work with Caster Connection's leadership team to accelerate the Company’s growth trajectory.

Tricia graduated from Miami University with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy. She is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Global Management Accountant.

Tricia has three children, one boy and two girls. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending concerts and kayaking.

Jeremy began with Caster Connection in January, 2011 as the Company’s first-ever marketing employee and joined Caster Connection’s Management Team in 2012. As head of marketing for Caster Connection, Jeremy has worked to establish the Company’s brand, leads marketing strategy, manages CasterConnection.com, and regularly focuses on sales enablement, content creation, trade show and other promotional endeavors, and more.

A Columbus native, Jeremy graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business. Jeremy lives with his family in Columbus and enjoys learning, traveling, concerts, movies, and is a fan of Ohio State football and basketball and Cleveland pro sports teams.

Eric began working with Caster Connection in 2013 as a Regional Solutions Manager traveling through the Midwest visiting current customers and adding new clients along the way. Eric’s role has changed to managing National Accounts at Caster Connection to increase market share. Eric works out of the Columbus office as well as traveling extensively working with reps in the field, and visiting current and new clients. Eric works to execute the Caster Connection vision of providing the proper material handling solutions to ensure success of all of Caster Connection’s client base.

Eric and his wife Rian have two young kids, one boy and one girl. In his spare time, Eric enjoys being on the golf course and spending time with his family and friends.

Kevin began with Caster Connection in 2021 as Engineering Manager. Kevin has over 25 years of experience with primary background in mechanical design engineering and manufacturing engineering. Kevin has additional experience in automotive spark plug design, central air conditioner design, machine design, product design, and retail display design.

Kevin graduated from Owens Community College with a degree in Mechanical Design Engineering. A native of a small country town in northwest Ohio, Kevin lived in the Akron/Canton area for 20 years before relocating to Columbus. Kevin enjoys hanging out with his wife and 2 dogs and watching racing.

Jennifer joined the Caster Connection team in January of 2025 as Human Resources Manager. With over 17 years of experience in People Operations, she is passionate about building strong workplace cultures and supporting employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle. Jennifer’s background spans multiple industries where she has led initiatives in areas such as employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and HR strategy. She is known for her thoughtful, people-first approach and her ability to support both employees and leadership through times of growth and change.

A Southern California native and proud Ohio State Buckeye, Jennifer lives in Columbus, Ohio with her husband and two kids. Outside of work, she’s an avid baker and enjoys reading and attending concerts.

Dawn Lyles joined Caster Connection in 2018 as a Client Solutions Representative. In 2019, she became responsible for the company’s help desk software and the distribution of work assignments for the Client Solutions team. In 2022, she became the lead Client Solutions Representative for Client Solutions. In 2023, she was promoted to Client Solutions Manager and is currently responsible for coordinating, planning, and supporting the daily operational and administrative functions of the Client Solutions Team.

Brian moved into Caster Connection's Purchasing Manager role in 2023 after 14 years with the company in other roles.

Brian started working at Caster Connection in 2009 as an assembler when Caster Connection transitioned to Columbus and then quickly moved up to Shipping/Receiving and eventually to Warehouse Manager by 2010. Between 2010 and 2023, Brian’s staff nearly tripled in size. Brian previously handled all warehouse operations from receiving inbound product, inventory management, assembly, quality control and shipping. Brian’s employee development led to several members of his staff being promoted to other roles within our Company.

Brian lives in Columbus and is kept busy by his two beautiful daughters – Alyssa and Courtney. Brian and his family spend lots of time attending soccer games and marching band events, as well as of time outdoors camping, hiking and just sitting around the fire roasting marshmallows.
