Sally Hughes: We're a much more intentional company. A lot of thought goes into our strategy and decisions. Our team continues to build on our strong culture of caring, respect for each other, and deep respect and commitment to our clients. Without them, we'd be nowhere.

Joe Lyden: Caster Connection still operates under the same guiding principles as five years ago. But, we have grown significantly in efficiency, product scope, and understanding the real value our clients are looking for.

Eric Hassen: Caster Connection has evolved from operating solely a distributor, to offering our own proprietary products and brand, which has contributed to our growth.

Jeremy King: The most significant changes since then that come to mind are how we’ve gotten the right people on board, defined our culture, developed and branded our own product lines, as well as launching a successful eCommerce site and other sales channels. I’m sure there are other big changes since then, but those immediately come to mind.

WHERE DO WE GO FROM HERE?

Eric Hassen: 2017 has been an exciting and challenging year for Caster Connection. We set difficult goals and with a company-wide effort. Caster Connection has been able to achieve and exceed expectations. 2018 shall be no different. The competition is fierce in the caster industry. To succeed, Caster Connection will continue to add value to our current and new clients. Our goal is to continue to be a differentiator in our industry.
