 Caster Connection was launched in 1987 by Sally Shiffler Hughes when her father suggested she look at the caster and wheel business — a market he believed to be underserved. Ms. Hughes’ careful investigation and market research proved him right. Many companies were in need of a high-quality caster and wheel supplier who understood their requirements and could deliver a great product when and where needed.
Ms. Hughes founded Caster Connection on a solid principle: “Constantly seek ways to increase the value our customers receive for their investments in casters and wheels.”
More than twenty years later, Caster Connection sources product globally, serves companies throughout the United States, and maintains great relationships with thousands of customers. By listening to our customers’ needs, Caster Connection continues to deliver innovative caster and wheel solutions.
